The staff is rude, they take booking but don't give you room, asking for extra payment more than mentioned on portal.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were kind and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. In terms of value, this hotel is one of the best options in this area. The building is newly constructed, and the rooms are in excellent condition. However, one area for improvement would be to offer laundry services or provide a common washing machine on each floor, which would be especially beneficial for long stay.
