We checked in afternoon on 14.09.2024, it was all good then. Reception was good and very friendly. In evening one of our friend came to meet us. He came to our room and stayed for half an hour , after that we all went for sight seeing. When we returned back there was different staff at reception. He very rudely told that guest are not allowed, and if guest wants to go to room ,there will be extra charge of Rs 500. We requested him that our guest will be leaving in 10.00 min. The location is good. Quite in the heart of City. The room is also big enough for two persons to stay. The main problem is non maintenance of the room facilities. The commode flush is broken, hot water comes after 15 mins...have to wait for long time...switches are broken for charging. may not be the case with all the rooms...but I did have to shift my room and the other room I got had the same issue.
