horrible experience, When I went to the hotel there was no one at the reception, I had to wait for half an hour to check in.I had booked premium room but they provide deluxe room, when I complained then they said now premium room is all booked will change it after premium room available.The room was not changed even after repeated requests. Tv not working, intercom not working, wifi not connecting 2nd floor, food is ok ok...
