I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. The most frustrating issue was the complete mismanagement of the water supply. There was no running hot water at all, and even the cold water supply was inconsistent. It’s unacceptable for any hotel to fail at something as basic as providing water.
Additionally, basic amenities like towels, soap, and toiletries were either missing or of very poor quality. I had to call housekeeping multiple times just to get a ...more

very bad hotels. Fab hotels people making fools of everyone. they are not providing the room as per the commitment.
I specially recommend that please do not book this hotel.

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable

My recent stay at Riza was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and everything was within walking distance. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel
