Comfortable stay overall. Room was clean, service was quick. Just faced slight delay in breakfast delivery.

It was a clean and peaceful place to stay. Lift was a bit old, but worked fine. Great value for money.

*reception staff were rude and unaccommodating, offering no help or apologies for any issues.
*dirty and poorly maintained room.
*lack of basic amenities.like parking not available, tea coffee not available.
price high and no service available.
if you book a hotel through an app or any platform, they do not provide a tax invoice.
i would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone

door lock was not working , i was ask to wait because they were cleaning room ,even i was checking at 8 pm
