it's a hopeless hotel, as per your commitment IN ROOM AC IS NOT WORKING Properly, FAN REMOTE IS BROKEN, NO NIGHT LAMP, BED SHEET VERY DIRTY, IN BATHROOM HAND SHOWER BROKEN, TV NOT IN ROOM, NO MET IN FRONT OF BATH ROOM

room is not well maintained.. Fans, washroom leakage ... multiple times told for chamge of room or repair them..but no response. also lots of insects...

service is very bad and it's very old and zero hygiene, not prefer for family, mosquitos in washrooms, minimum drinking water also not provided.
not suitable for family and zero room service..

hotel staff especially who were at reception were worst in greeting the gueststhey provoke usthey are unethical and not sounded good .room was not clean . they have not given single bisleri bottle to me..no dustin seen in the roomwhen i asked for all these,mr told don't entertain guests and he asked why guests are not paying as good tips after leaving the hotel room

i haven't taken any pics... but kindly review from your end... there is reduction in check out time by 2hrs and the response us very bad when booking. customer service is pathetic, i won't recommend this hotel for anyonei gone with your portal feedback and reviews but it is totally opposite and also i had to wait till 3pm to get the confirmed rooms even after i paid... i would recommend for refund

Rude behaviour by staff when asked about ac not working..daid they'll change Room . I booked deluxe 3 bed ac room but they said they'll change to double bed room and said to adjust with cot on floor for the 3rd person... disgusting behaviour
