I did not stay in the hotel, due to very unhygenic and bad situation, requested for cancellation and refund but did not get any amount back.
very unclean, unhygenic place. Staff did nit agree to provide any cancellation support or refund support even though we did not stay at the place .

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely smelly and far below expected standards. Definitely not a place I would return to or recomend.
