Not at all worth There were hairs stains and no cleaning done at all it felt like. We checked in late around 9:40PM and then went out when we came back we noticed the table had oil rice stains and even the menu card is having stains. Then when we moved to bed there were stains as shown in the pictures and along with so many hairs that it was really looking like they just folded the quilt and nothing else as part of cleaning the room. Worst experience that I ever had at any hotel so far . The hotel is unhygienic to stay . I found insects all over the room and bathroom . When complained the hotel staff showed us another room and I found the same conditions there too . Then I left the hotel and booked another property . I asked hotel for a refund ,on which they refused saying it's not in there policy .

4 star because of its location and price point. The service is also however can be considered in the range of okay to good. So after a horrible stay at some other property we tried to search another in Gomtinagar Lucknow, we saw this property however the reviews were mixed but we thought of having a look at it first before booking in order to be safe.
