good big room but lacks cleanliness. mainly ac was too dead that it was not working fine nor fan. fan was producing bad noise. bed springs was gone and it was making me unsleep. the only reason i stayed more was near to my office. biggest disadvantage was, if it rain whole road gets full with drainage water and that too smelly. manager was quite cooperative but room lacks many things. its not worth the price.
