Awesome location, Heating available in room as well as corridors, food and groceries available nearby
Good for Family visits , No issues with heating, Kids can enjoy YouTube on TV

The hotel is very clean and neat. They have best centrally heated system in room and in entire hotel too. location is good as well, The staff is really nice.
Imp - Just main drawback is they dont provide in room dine-in ; they denied us by saying we can’t serve food in room except snack like maggi or tea. so its like ur sitting in the room chilling but u have to go downstairs for dinner tht too before 9.30. So we got disappointed with this part And as per my experience you can’t order anything ...more

Paid above /- to this pathetic place. After being told personally i have a broken leg with titanium rod in it they didnt cooperated with us no rooms on ground or first floor simply ignored us. Rubbish burnt omelette, burnt stove tosted bread, bringing tea without a spoon and then apprearing again with spoon after 15 min, when complained their behaviour was indeed very rude they shut the phone on my face. hotel staff are good but hotel location and rooms are not upto the mark for the price charged ( nearly 5000/- ) per night with food.
