the staff behaviour was not very good and all the rooms had issues with multiple things. the toilet hose was extremely strong and not at all suitable for anyone using the hose for cleaning. bathroom fittings were also not up to mark

w.r.t to delux room tariff it is too expensive because the hotel is lacking in many amenities / poor amenetie.1. They don't give complementary Bisleri water bottle of 1 litre.2. Electric kettle are dirty & small cockroaches were coming from it.3.Washroom floor water drainaige sysytem is very poor, water remains collected in the washroom for whole day.4. I have already written a review for previous day stay in the hotel.if you want to road connectivity/ market then only you can prefer this hotel else amenities , washroom water drainage is very poor. Better learn from others experience than becoming yourself poor experienced holder

1. They have charged Rs 3500 for delux room without breakfast, but the ameneties they have provided is inadequate.
a) They don't give Mineral water bottle as complimentary per day
b) There are holes for wiring / drainaige pipe in the room due to which mosquitos were easily coming
c) In washroom water get collected due to wrong slope of floor tiling
d) Steel tap & showers are very dirty , it appears that it was never cleaned

hotel asked for 1000 rupes extra for 3 hours before check in . i payed the same amount before check in and we were two people staying we left the place at a time gap of 1 hour but the hotel demanded 1000 again for the same reason. means have demanded the money twice . they are just simply their customers.

paid room rent is not worth at all , house keeping staff was polite but management give proriety to off line booking customer, having limited menu of breakfast, they don't allow to stay un room more then 30 minutes during check out.property need to repair . during our stay some repair was going on we couldn't stay in room peacefully.
