Located at the top, so everyone gets the adorable views.Rooms are fitted with oil radiator heaters which maintains the room as well as bathroom water temperature. Staff is decent and cooperative. There is also a restaurant which is worked every time and also having the buffet system during breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Very bad hotel. Dirty rooms, bedsheets, towels and stinking bathroom. Not worth of money we spent. If you are planning to spend night at Gulmarg kindly book in advance so you will get good hotels.

Very friendly staff and good stay with central heating and hot water...Even though they have been working continually with jam packed bookings the staff did their best to accommodate things specially nazir and mashroof

The room service was bad and delayed. Hotel Restaurant food and service is good. High floor room view is good. Hotel location is good.

staff behaviour good. food is tasty. they have central heating. overall good service. walking distance from gandola ride but need to more focus on hygeine .
