Staff is good cooperative.

awesome experience of staying amidst a forest surrounded by hills and trees. staff behaviour was polite and they catered to all requirements with a smile. property is decent with good amenities. however, improvement is needed in overall maintenance and look & feel.
a great stay overall!

stay was nice.
however the view from the rooms needs a lot of improvement. the surroundings needed to be modified a lot as the surrounding view of the room allocated to us is still in progress and was disappointing.
the staff was very courteous, polite and really helpful which is the best point of this resort.
the food was average, the complimentary food was not at all good, especially the breakfast.
the surroundings are good, the swimming pool also looks good, but the play area is not at all maintained properly.
