Very neat and clean hotel. Staff is very cooperative and helpful . Quality of breakfast is superb. location is good. Had a very wonderful stay and will recommend to friends and family.Property is well maintained.

The hotel room was nice and felt good. I slept peacefully. The location is also good. There were some small issues like no slippers and no foot mat. The bathroom was not as good as the room. At checkout in the morning, the reception staff — a young boy — was very polite and well-behaved. Overall, it's a safe hotel for women travelers in Ghaziabad.

decent & courteous staff. slow service. basic amenities such as slippers, extra towel was available on request for receiving these things took forever. delicious food but limited food options during breakfast, can be improved. overall, an average stay.

The refrigerator was not working at all. The chair provided was not good for working. It went down everytime I sat on it. They changed the chair but still same condition. The commode in washroom was tilted and uncomfortable. Food was delicious and ample for 2 people. Room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Good wardrobe and luggage space. Location is quite secluded with no shops/eateries nearby.
