The hotel, corridors, room and bathroom were clean and well lit, the breakfast was healthy and filling. The negative point is that I think there are rats in the false ceiling, scampering and scratching, so I had to keep the lights on all night long just in case the rats tried anything funny.

the hotel is very poor for a family stay. it's like a mansion where bachelors can stay without any amenities in lodges.
the hotel room is very small for the price which we opted for deluxe
the price is charged 5000 per day for deluxe is very high and no more facilities in the room and the size is also very small.
they charge too much rate and without any facility and dirty carpet , curtain, bed cover in the room

staff was good but the main staff at counter were not at all helpful. room was not cleaned even for once and i was not informed as well. there were 3-4 cockroaches inside the room. i would not suggest anyone to book deluxe room there. only two positive cases: other than main counter staff rest were very supportive and also the breakfast was excellent.

The room was very small. The restaurant was shut for repairs and this was not mentioned while booking. They provide breakfast only after 8.30 and I had to leave by 7.45
I demand a refund of the money collected from me for breakfast

I loved the short stay here,the manager was extremely responsible and so were the whole staff. I stayed here in a STD room which was very comfortable for me highly recommended.
please note the restaurant are quite reasonable price for food
delivery apps are also allowed

i have been visiting this hotel since last 10yrs
it's always been a home away from us it's a perfect family hotel
The food is good and so is their service
All the staff right from the reception desk to the concierge are very beautiful
The hotel is very clean
