Location is good, room is neat and clean but there are lot of scope to improve their service, it started from check-in, the hotel management was not even able to provide on time check-in!!, we booked 2 rooms, we arrived at around 1:45 pm and after a long discussion we got one room at 2:07 and another room at 2:30, and the reception staff was arguing that they are correct and these kind of delays are expected (for on time check-in!!), and during breakfast dining the attenders were rushing us to ...more

I found this stay online and booked through the Goibibo app. To my surprise, this was an amazing experience including best service, food and everything. The staff is very polite and humble. In future when I visit Mysore again I would surely reconsider the same place.
All staff members were polite and soft spoken. The attitude of all was very humble and found them soft spoken. All looks well trained.

The Buffet spread lacks in variation especially for Non Veg Main course. We stayed for 3 consecutive Nights and took 3 Dinners ; not a single day any Mutton was there in the menu. Most of the items are variations of chicken ; no sea-food , prawn , crab etc were given. However we got all those when we stayed in same Fortune - Member of ITC Hotel in Vellore in December ( just 4 months back). The Food quality is good ; however needs improvement in variation ; both in Breakfast & in Buffet Dinner

it was a pleasant experience, hotel location is good, zoo, palace and market are all nearby only. my room outside view was also good. staff behaviour, food and amenities are also very good. overall experience is awesome.stay in experience

Wonderful stay and the view from the hotel balcony is awesome. The hotel is located near to all the famous places in wayanad. The staff is courteous and helpful. The food is good
