Hotel ia very good. It has a small play area for all but the swimming pool was dirty, green.

so bad experience i ever had
there is no specific time for the family to access the swimming pool.
all types of people can access the swimming pool anytime and consume alcohol at the pool side.
it's not a good vibe for a child of 6 yrs old.

So bad experience I ever had.
There is no specific time for the family to access the swimming pool. It's not at all recommended for women travellers and solo women travellers as well.
All types of people can access the swimming pool anytime
rooms are very dirty, not properly maintained.

dont bother about complaint and grievances
in the name of Buffet they serve a cheap Thali
slow room service
lots of cons
low quality food
non maintained room & swiming pool
No Buffet breakfast
late non responsive slow staff
Dull ambience
Broken structure of swimming pool
reluctant to do any changes if needed
only location is A plus
once upon a time it's used to be prime property but due irs management it's beginning to end

the hotel rooms were dirty, staff are bad. food is horrible. they served us stale fish for lunch... due to which we had food poisoning

it's a very nice hotel, located very good place on the side of the main road, just after 4-5 hotels of jahaj bari.
hotel staffs are really very cordial. all of the facilities are there. two elevators are there. total hotel is well cleaned only they need to do some more housekeeping in rooms.
food quality and quantity are also very good.
i do recomend this hotel.

Good friendly behavior. They allowed us to stay one more hour after the checkout time.
Cons: Only one thing is not up to the mark that is the Swimming Pool. It is not so clean. They dont have any restrictions for the swimming pool. They allow any dress.
The rest of things are very good.

This hotel is very poor. Rooms are not clear and also the washroom is very dirty. The locks on the doors of room is not working properly. Also the swimming pool is not good and they also allowed drunk people in swimming pool with beer and all. Hotel service are not good their behaviour is very rude. They don't behave properly. I didn't take any photo of the hotel but what they post on Google, Goibibo and others website everything is fake or the photo's of the hotel in new condition. By my side this not approved.
