poor location. hotel is fine. rooms are good but no view. staff is nice but outside food is not allowed even after they close their restaurant. like one can not eat anything once they close their restaurant.(they say like that)

Best property at Fort Kochi. Food is good with mild taste more suited to foreigners, you can request more salt and spiciness which will be taken care by the chefs. Beautiful interiors, good spa, all in all a mid range 5 star experience. good in budget. Very neat and clean interior and good bar. Not many activities for the kids but pool is great overlooking the backwaters. All in all, we had a great experience.

Reception area: Fantastic, outstanding design. Rooms: elegant, spacious, guests will feel greatSurroundings of the hotel: the property is just on the banks of backwaters, harbour is just there..Stunning views, awsome Food & restaurant: decently furnished, feel spacious, breakfast- quite good. Food generally is very good. Chef Mr Honey spoke to us. I am happy to note he was open to suggestions. He commented great about the owners of the property.
