The rooms themselves were lovely, truly. I stayed with my wife and our little one, just 18 months old. Everything was smooth sailing until night fell. Unfortunately, the building's ground level became a chorus of barking dogs, and I didn't get a wink of sleep until 4 a.m.On a brighter note, the caretaker, Dharamveer, was undeniably professional. I appreciate that the host called a day before check-in to arrange a different apartment due to a water issue in the one I was originally scheduled to stay in This apartment is average and doesn’t justify the price paid. The reservation host was unavailable whenever I tried to reach out. Initially, I felt the caretaker was unfriendly, but they turned out to be helpful and encouraged me to contact them with any concerns

The place is very neat and clean, safe and comfortable. Even the extra meal cooked by the caretaker is very homely and tasty. But the only negative feedback for this property is, they will ask you to checkout at sharp 10 am in the morning and they won't even give you at least half an hour late check-out. The main problem arises at keeping the luggage after checking out. As there is no reception or any wait area. We are asked to take our bags and walk out of the property immediately. It was absolutely a mess and horrible. If someone comes bit early b4 check in time, then he had it.No seat to sit. No place to keep luggage. U will be stranded on the road side. Paying this hefty amount I regret my decision to stay here.I will not advise anyone for this stupid hotel.Caretaker himself admits about this shabby arrangements.I was given 3 contact persons name for any inconvenience. It's like staying in a hostel and not in a luxury apartment, a broken sofa in the living room, and a caretaker is available only on a call basis. Worst part is the complementary breakfast offered by them, you won't get multiple items, you will get limited breakfast does not matter if your tummy is full or not. 2 egg Omelette and 3 pcs of bread and 1 cup of tea, you have to pay extra if you need more. property is good . location is hard to find . it is a service apartment. but caretaker will not allow you to make tea/ maggi in the kitchen. otherwise overall experience was average .
