4 day stay at bungalow no 2, thakur village: - room is okay, no lift 15+ steps to reach room - bathroom is a nuisance - platform under washbasin - stand on it and you can't see your face in the mirror - no water bottle for the day - only one item in breakfast either poha or toast, you cannot take both. if you do pay for it. - toilet seat pipe is shorter to use. - only plus is location - near market, near we highway. all feedback was given on day 1 but the supervisor refused to do anything. stay at your own risk. not worth the money - max rs 1500 per night

1. Hotel is not located in the right location as mentioned Even though I booked hotel in Kandivali East ( thakur village) I was given a hotel in thakur complex. 2. Bottled water was provided only on the first day during my 6 days stay. One has to request for such basic amenities repeatedly. 3. Staffs are helpful but need to be persuaded to get things done 4. PROS Clean and well maintained room.

Pathetic is the word to describe the experience. starting with access and building condition is so worse. stairs have spit , one apartment and 3 families staying together , unsafe and door lock is broken, washroom is dirty and window is see through how can a female take shower , walls have patches , nothing according to pics shown this is not recommended for family. very very disappointed

This Service Apartment is near Borivali East Station and not the same as one shown in the map (Opp. side of the road to IBPS House). Somone did contact me a day prior and briefed me on the location. Great ambience. Caretaker Baldev deserves special credit got being pleasent and accomodating of our requests. He's a damn fine cook too. 😁 the lights in the room, dressing up area.
