They were slow in changing bedsheets and overall lacks cleanliness, though their staff was polite, they can improve in their cleanliness like providing clean beds,bedsheet and their response was slow as well.

when Someone Checks In at 7AM and Checks out at 7 PM, ONLY 12 hours of stay, made full payment in advance, still Charging extra half time charges, despite being intimated in advance. did not provide water bottle.

the hotel is good. the staff is very well trained. food and gym both are available. food quality is also good but quite expensive. prices of alcohol and drinks are very high.

Amenities very good service a bit slow but overall good food especially veg combo meal was fantastic and choice of cuisine was great. kashmiri naan and kaju masala was great

I had a bad experience with Hotel Gagan RegencyI have booked an add on breakfast with my Room and the breakfast experince was bad .. even though they charge 220 + GST per person and even though its a buffet breakfast , they wont serve only one or two items and if we ask anything they will ask us to wait for 45minutes to one hour without seving and at the end they will tell i forgot sir and do you want anything now .. they embarass the hotel customers .. very bad experince .. be careful while booking a room and breakfast .. not value for money .. WORST EXPREINCE
