excellent stay and a great booking experience with goibibo. i had to cut short my stay at hotel galaxy by 1 day and goibibo seamlessly took my request and refunded in full 1 day of cancellation amount. impressed!!

It's a nice budget hotel for a short business trip to Mumbai. Functional and the suit alloted to me in Annex building made my two night pleasent.

Annex rooms are very small. OK for single person stay. Breakfast is average no much variety. Staff are courteous, specially the reception.
in room dining prices are high, food is OK.
There is no power backup in annex so if power fails wait until it comes.

Hotel service is kind that make you feel safety. The room is clean and bed is comfortable for sleep.
