Peak summer time and the room ac is not effective. No proper ventilation and its very hot and suffocating in the room. To add to your distress they will not even provide you with cold drinking water and you need to buy it. They will be giving you one 500ml bottle which in summer time will be very hot. Pathetic customer service.
