it was good
but 1st time offered very cozy room after some legal conversations hotelier upgraded my room it seems non reliable welcoming
as per expectation hotelier not offer even a glass of water at check in time .
overall it’s ohk
but not up to the mark

Like all premium category properties, the hotel should have cancellation option prior to check in. However this hotel kept a full non refundable booking option from the beginning itself. This aspect should be taken care of by the property, else they will lose out many top end customers.

Just taken one star away because of the awful maintenance of the Gym in the property remaining everything is good.
The location, the connectivity both are good.

The room was not cleaned though they checked in and allotted the room.A/c remote is not working. Even A/c remote is switched off it is giving chilling effect.Hotel management has failed to provide other room or repair A/c remote.

Very unprofessional approach of hotel, at the time of check in no one bothered to show the room/lift just give the key & tell to go. room service is also very pathetic, not served what ordered & took around 1:30 hr to serve after multiple reminder. Food quality was also not good. Never suggest to any one.

Very worst experience during check-in because they denied to provide the room on booked price After check-in i found room and barroom are not justifying the charges whatever they are claiming but anyhow the best part is food quality was good and staff are alao polite. But i never recommend this hotel in so higher price.
