Wonderful stay.. Amazing view of mountains and pleasant stay. Dinner and breakfast was fabulous. My family and kids are really enjoyed the stay.Overall GEMPARK was excellent.

This was my second visit to Gem Park. While my previous experience was excellent, this time we were disappointed with the service. Despite arriving at the hotel around 3:15 pm, an hour after the 2pm check-in time, it took them an additional 30 minutes to provide the room. I anticipated better service this time, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

Staying at hotel Gem Park has been a pleasant experience for myself and my spouse. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff are very courteous and attend to any request earnestly. The breakfast buffet selection is extensive and the taste and quality are very good. The hotel offers lovely views of the valley with almost all the rooms providing the perfect sunrise view.

Good stay. View from the property was too good. back yard accessibility from 2nd floor made our stay more beautiful, a surprise balcony option.
Very safe for family travellers.

The room looked quite old and the sofa kept in the room was dirty. The view from the room, room service, hotel ambience and the food were good.
