The stay was nice. Going to the hotel from the Railway station is through narrow roads. But going back to airport/railway station is easy as there is a main road very near to the hotel which is one way. My friend forgot his charger in the room and the next day called the hotel staff and they collected the charger from the room the next day and handed over to him. The long formalities are almost the same in all hotels in Kolkata.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and strongly advise against staying here, especially for couples. The staff were extremely rude and aggressive. Despite booking for a two-day stay in advance, we were forced to vacate our room at 6 a.m. on the second day, well before the 11 a.m. checkout time. When we refused, they threatened to call the police and demanded additional payment. This ordeal was distressing, and I urge to address this issue and compensate me for the harassment and inconvenience caused by the hotel's mismanagement.

It is a good facility along with good staff behaviour. Easily connected to all parts of kolkata,best for your stay or work.
