All services and staff behaviour are excellent. Madam Puja done excellent support and she has arranged take away breakfast since my check out was early morning. Even she coordinates well through her colleague while checking out early in the morning for the rest of the service.

stay was good and comfortable. food was good. location is also good. overall nice stay. front desk executives mihir and shubham were courteous and showed nice behaviour

Location of the hotel is good but rooms are small,dirty linen. Foul smell inside room.there are many options at this price.

it was very average and the service was very very slow. no amenities were in the room and even for asking as small thing as sleepers you have to call 10 times

it was bad experience ever at ginger. no proper amenities were provided. lights in the room and washrooms were not working. water taps were damaged, towels were not there. intercom was dead. i mean the worst ever experience at ginger this time.
