So we booked the day use room and the check-in time was 9 am but we got out room at 10:10 ish so they compensated us by letting us stay more time. As usual every thing was hygienic. But they used to keep snacks in the room which I donβt find anymore.

It was a good experience but I was very suprised that all the rooms size were very small compared to other hotels in this budget. Also, there was no cupboard. This is a very basic requirement in any hotel.

it's a good experience in ginger hotel goregaon but the room is small and it is too much waiting for check in.
have a bad experience when i checked in and waited 35 minutes for my room key.

Pathetic food service. We were not allowed in restaurant due to a function on going this happened during lunch and dinner. I ordered the food in my room they took more than Hr to get it delivered. Food was soggy and not good. Location of this hotel is very bad close to slum

My stay was good. The reception at the hotel was good. Room size is small but thatβs what Mumbai is all about. Staff is courteous. Room is clean and tidy.
They allowed me to check in 2 hours before time
