Stay was not pleasant at all. My stay was for 5 days but i canceled after one day only. Staff behavior was very rude. Room was stinking and washroom was not up to date. Receptionist was very rude.

I had booked a Deluxe Room, but unfortunately, the condition of the room is extremely poor. It is so unhygienic that mosquitoes are practically making it their home. When we raised this issue with the staff, instead of resolving the problem, they suggested we upgrade to a Super Deluxe Room. Moreover, the room provided is completely different from what was shown on the website. This experience has been very disappointing and far from acceptable.

Worst place, I want to give minus 5 star, the room I booked that was looked good in picture but the room they gave us that was very very poor and very small, (AC was not working properly, In TV they installed only free dish TV in it in which only 3-4 channels were working. the room they had given us that was worthless I won't even give 500 for that room. But that was non refundable that's why I had to stay there.I've attached the room I booked but that room is not in hotel ginger that room is in next hotel name surya palace something..
