The location and ambience is very nice,pool was also very nice. Service was poor, called 3 times for water at 11 pm , after 30 min person came with water. Food is very costly, buffet is 600+tax per person,other food was also very costly,there are no other food places around as the resort is 2 km inside near a river.

Although in the interior side of jungle n off road but nice location by the side of the river. Rooms or so called tents are ok ok, service at restaurant was very slow n seems short staff. Food quality on average ratings compared to the price paid. Needs improvement in that area rest location is good.

The Gir Lion Safari Camp is a real gem. The staff are very cooperative and accommodating, as evidenced by your experience of arriving two hours before check-in time and still being able to get a Roo. The Resort is situated in a remote area, but its stunning surroundings and Hiran River dam site make it well worth the trip.Keep an eye out for crocodiles in the river and enjoy the nearby Gir National Park. The Gir Lion Safari Camp is a real gem. The staff are very cooperative and accommodating, as evidenced by your experience of arriving two hours before check-in time and still being able to get a room. Gir Lion Safari Camp, stays upto its name n is an excellent place for a unique forest like camping stay, to top over the hotel location and theme, it is quite modern and luxurious too with all amenities available which can lift ur mood, The food is very Delicious and of Good Quality too.. my stay at the resort was simply superb. value for money those want to spend quality leisure time with nature. the resort is surrounded with forest on one side and the riverfront on the other side. nature lovers definitely will like the property location. cleanliness, services and hospitality are best too.

The resort is between the jungles , a little off roading require to reach. Beautiful property, extremely good food, and the staff is courteous and helpful serene environment, park for kids and game room
