it's very average hotel with poor maintenance and tap had some problem we are complained but not correct even we leaved our hotel, it is not corrected and mosqueto are free for company.

Checkin TBHC representative experience was horrible. Don't know how deal with customer and give them right services.
They shared us wrong info about the location and still have guts to blame everything on us and said that "you are at wrong location because of us still why are you creating trouble" in a very agitative way.
Thou, manager was nice to help us out. Rooms were top-notch and had nice experience.
