Nice place with beach view rooms, clean swimming pool, beach view restaurant and very kind and helpful staff. if you're planning to stay in morjim at affordable rates then this place is 10/10.

The hotel location, taste of food and soft-spoken/always-at-service staff is the only plus.When it comes to stay, ..We stayed at tree house and it is not maintained (at least as of now).The bedsheets and towels are dirty and unclean (minimum requirement). Since we forgot our toothpaste, we asked them for it or even any powder (like Vicco) would do...But they could not provide anything.The location is good. You can enjoy dinner and drinks by the beach.But it's definitely a no-no for couples.

One of the most hopeless stay experiences till date. I booked cottage rooms and they gave me normal room which was not cottage. Dim and shady rooms with no proper cleanliness. Highly uncomfortable stay. The booking prices was so high for the stay and the experience was so so bad. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice stay, close to the Morjim beach, we booked treehouse for sea view but don't book treehouse. because all bathrooms in treehouse were not good, some have water drainage problem and no 24hours hot water for shower, better book concrete stay.Other than this very close to beach just 10mtr u can enter beach and can enjoy.private beach, sitout

The little, simple and charming hotel Goan Cafe and Resort is well located, in a quiet area very near Morjim beach. The beach is just at the bottom of your stairs and this is very convenient and nice for morning walks.
There are some tree huts available to stay in (probably better for warm and non rainy season, as it is probably too cold for winter). The huts are of course very simple and stern. But if you like that simple camping atmosphere and do not need more than the essential, go for it, it ...more

Poor condition of the resort. Floor drains were open and stinking badly. We requested them to cover and clean the drain but they ignored it. Even the towels and bedsheets were not clean. Huge noise during night as people were shouting but the manager again ignored it, when we asked them.
