Very Disappointing – Rude Receptionist & Dishonest Manager Dear GOKULAM GROUP FIRST YOU STUDY HOW TO TREAT A GUESTI had a terrible experience at this hotel. I spoke with the hotel sales manager, before my stay and confirmed a room with a king-size bed. He clearly said it was available, and I confirmed the booking based on that.But when I arrived, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. the hotel looked like an extension of gokulam park. the rooms were spacious however the amenities were found wanting. the toilet door, room ac, washroom exhaust were outdated or malfunctioning. the breakfast spread was average. all in all a mediocre experience.

a great place to stay, it is neat, spacious, and very near to ernakulam town railway station.
food menu is not too elaborate, but for a short stay that doesn’t matter.
