my only concern is , whenever a customer pays for special fees and gets the ordinary. not expected from goibibo. i had booked the valley view room, but the hotel person gave me the standard room. though room was good but there was no valley view for which i paid extra.

Food quality can be improved but rest all were awesome. Nice behavior, Good service and great experience in valley view rooms. Rooms are cozy and all amenities are there

Worst place I've ever stayed only location is good no professional staff firstly they gave us a dirty room flush not working had to ask for and other washroom amenities,bedsheets were dirty can u image and when asked to change it the manager said we don't have other bedsheets can u imagine?nothing was prepared. Asked the manager to make everything till we returned he did nothing, and no one receives reception's call . I took the room for view but after the experience I regret my decision just be ...more

the view was amazing and the service was good the staff were very polite and they were friendly, the food was also very good but as we went on off season there was not too much option available but it is 5 out of 5 .

Horrible experience with this hotel there is no security and no one is in the reception on 9Pm - 7Am, all staff will locked the hotel and go to there home which is outside from hotel building in this area mobile network is very poor that in emergency u can call the staff overall my experience is very poor . in future I can't recommend any one to stay in this Hotel .
