3rd guest bed on ground was cheapest quality.. blanket was worst.. not the same better quality like the double bed 🙏

No lift and room allocated in third floor. Hotel surrounding is messy, old building and window AC create lot of noise which disturb your sleep !!

Overall good hotel. Close to Phoenix Marketcity Mall Kurla. Good Room service And Good food.Stayed in Deluxe room.

Excellent location of the hotel on LBS Road very near to the Phoenix Mall and centrally located to Western and Eastern Mumbai. Food was delicious and service was good. I will certainly recommend this hotel to others.

While check in time Receptionist was good. But while check out time there was other receptionist . No smile on his face. Not even stand up to say bye...just busy of doing something else while sitting.he did not even care for customer. Other things was ok..
