Hotel staff are very helpful for all our needs as tourists. All hours of day or night they are available to help. Rooms are good and we asked for extra blanket and pillow for the bed which they were happy to provide. Location is good with restaurants and shops nearby and 20 min Tuk Tuk ride from Bandra.

The room had multiple cockroaches snd bedsheets were stained.The staff is slow with room service.I would rate 1.5/5

my stay was good.there room service was excellent brakefast was hygiene staff also clean and tidy location is excellent you can go all over Mumbai without any trouble .

I got the room in 1500/- per night. On this budget, its the best hotel around.
