the hotel toilet is a small one, the room is full of mosquitoes and needs repair everything inside the room is old and needs replacement.not match with the room tariff.

This isn’t a proper hotel. It feels like you're living on the road—no parking space, no sitting area. The room door opens directly onto the main road. There’s no concept of hygiene and no room service. I booked the room with breakfast included, but they failed to provide it, offering excuses like not having service staff. Simply put, this was my worst experience, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room and toilet were small but clean.
The staff was polite.
The location was in the residential area and peaceful.
Connectivity to the Santacruz railway station.
But
Room almehera and drawers were not clean.
Room as at ground floor.
No food option.
Even no cold water bottles.
Mosquitos in the room.
No fridge in the room.
No food option in the half kilometre of range.
Around 30 local men gathered in the hotel to celebrate someone's birthday at night. Not feeling safe with family.
Overall average two nights stay.

First, the hotel owner could have erected a proper sign board instead of painting the hotel's name on the compound wall of the adjacent apartment. The room at the ground floor given to me had mould smell & some fungal growth on the inside bathroom walls, (perhaps the rooms on the 1st floor would have been brighter & better & of course, I didn't ask for changing my room); however, the outside walls of the bathroom & its passage had beautiful wall cladding (colourful tiles - took photos of only th ...more
