I have booked the family Room, the room was so congested and top of that the bathroom is like railway one, too small to get into and cleaned. The only plus is with this hotel is location otherwise nothing great about it.

Room is very dirty,TV is not working, Bathroom dustbin was full when we entered no bucket no mug.Staff is so rude they don't know how to talk.lizard also in the room.

This hotel is almost walking distance from Golden Temple.Rooms are also neat and clean .But what room we booked that was very small.Infact if you have big luggages (like we were having )or children is their along with you than you should not book this room .You should go with larger size rooms.Also one more minus point what i observed was that hotel was not having restaurant (although you don't have to bother as all right from tea ro food is beside this hotel ) but yes you will not get in rooms.

location is very near to golden temple...they dont have any private parking...rooms are not so cozy for the winters...and rooms are not so spacious...

very much poor service... or say no service provided by Hotel. Bathroom were so slippery... Hotel should be banned .

As per the price, hotel rooms are not up to date. Rooms are so tiny and not cleaned as well. flooring are very untidy. When I informed to hotel they said room are already cleaned. Washroom also not cleaned and got weird smell in the washroom. Over all experience are bad about the hotel.

Its a decent hotel for a night stay. The good part js its very near, walking distance to temple and jalianwala baug and all shopping. We didnt bother too much about room service. Just slept overnight for a family of 4. Rooms r new with good fittings.
We had out breakfast to nearby places.
