As per my booking there should be mini bar fridge, but it was not there and o made the complaint about it. I also requested them to chill my wine and they refused do that too.

they are selling bisleri bottle at the price 50 without any discription as to what this 30 rs extra is for. their is arbitrary price without any discription as to whether is a service category or not. they are pricing it arbitraryly as star category which is senseless.
