The hotel is in a convenient location with many eating options outside. Inside the hotel, there is a colossal parking space. Amenities like room heaters and bathroom geysers are appreciated. The only thing is that service is slow, rooms are not well maintained, and rooms are damp. The waiters are well behaved, but always shamelessly ask for tips.

room size is good, location of hotel is very good in lucknow, being u p tourism hotel over-all cleanliness is average. lot of budget dinning places are available near this hotel. it is good secured for family and business travel.

With limited number of staff, the hotel is in a bad condition. Room services were very bad, as it took a long time to attend. For ₹350, the breakfast was way below standard. The comforters were old .
