horrible experience. 5k plus for a room which doesn’t even has a proper washroom lock. poor service. asked for coffee sachet, didn’t get any. poor hygiene, poor entrance. very bad smell at the premises. no hot water available. poor poor very bad experience
i want a refund for such a bad hotel and experience for a hotel that expensive

it’s not worth and matching to hotel pricing . mattress was average and dirty too - narrow gallery and no parking - overall my experience was bad

A decent hotel for a short stay.. Room was clean enough. Hotel premises smell of food because of attached restaurant. Breakfast was very average may skip and have elsewhere if you have time.

Very old property, couldn't sleep due to smell in room and noisy crowd from outside, had issues with net connection which was resolved

The hotel grace galaxy was pretty average because the room I got was too small but the bathroom was very clean. The room had some dust too

They first start follow cleanness , the rooms are below average and not worth for what we pay
The bed wasn't good at all
The dirty mattresses and also the rooms were very dirty
No proper hot water supply
