staff was very rude for everyone. On one serve welcome drink. it's ignore. if you do any mistake in room they Fine 2000rs. they Fine start min. 2000rs.. Hot Water down before 10am. and all day come cold water... personaly I'm not recommended this hotel

It was a very small living room. Good enough for 2 people. We had booked for 6 people. They accomodated 3 persons in a room. They had provided extra mattress on the floor. Sad to know its a 4 star hotel. Toiletries provided had only shampoo, soap and lotions but no toothpaste. Upon asking for toothpaste, hotel staff simply said they cannot provide a toothpaste ( 4 star hotel). Pathetic service. TV setup box had expired. This resort doesn't deserve even One star, pathetic service. We booked two super deluxe rooms in this hotel for 25th jan. We reached at 8:30 pm but rooms were not ready. We had to call reception for towels, water bottle, kettle, glasses,etc. No electric or heater provided...temperature was -7 degree. Despite of calling reception 3-4 times between 10pm to 11pm, no one responded. Somehow we spent our night in chilled bed. 1.nice mountain view
2. buffet breakfast and dinner awesome.
3.location is near by main road almost 200 meter away.
4.try to call hotel staff before coming, they will guide you the shortest path from main road.
5.super fast room service.
6.games are also available like carrom(free) and snooker(paid).
