grand aria is a new hotel in this part of the world and offers a comfortable stay for travellers and visitors to the city of kottayam. the hotel is conveniently located on the bypass road and has good parking space. the services at the hotel could be better with timely arrangement of breakfast and housekeeping routines for the rooms. no housekeeping is done if the housekeeping light is put on and one has to inform the reception for it to get done. overall a decent stay with decent and limited c ...more
