Worst Hotel Experience Ever Complete Disappointment
I had one of the most horrendous experiences at this hotel, and I can't stress enough how awful it was. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill fast.
First off, there was no proper check-in preparation. I had booked my room in advance, but the staff seemed completely unprepared for my arrival. It took over 30 minutes just to get checked in, with no explanation or apology for the delay.

Had stayed in amritsar alot but to be honest this was the worst stay ever. Lift was not working despite asking many times for towels they were not provided. The bed linen were very dirty and had holes it and the staff got it changed after saying atleast 2-3 times. They gave the room on top floor and lift was not there. Worst ever stay in my life. First of all faced very unprofessional behaviour of staff. Secondly even in 3 day stay i didn't receive drinking water despite being asked multiple times from the staff. Even the lift is also not working. They try to make more money by asking even you have booked we will charge whatever will be display on the screen as we don't offer hotel below such amount. No concern of hotel staff towards room and bed linen cleanliness. They checked us in with dirty room and dirty linen. Our booking was with breakfast included and the only breakfast that was offered was aaloo paratha or bread item with tea. Breakfast was never served on time. Earliest we got our breakfast was 10:15 AM, so if you have some morning plans you will be leaving without breakfast. So, don't book with breakfast. Their cook never came on time. Lift malfunctioned on second day of my stay. Towels were not clean. Overall dissatisfied with the room service and cleanliness.

Size of the room is good. But it seems like there is no maintenance. Furniture was broken. Service is very poor. I called them for water they did not even bring that on time. AC was broken and so is the door knob. when I told them they said they will fix it in the morning. In overall poor service and no maintenance. Rent is avg but So is the quality and hygiene. I have not ordered food so not sure about the quality.
