pleasant stay with courteous staff and adequate breakfast option. worth it and prefer this hotel if you are planning to take cruise ad port is nearby

Good location, Terrible Hotel stay.. Abjectly rude staff (especially the inhouse manager) to the extent that they were not even ready to give even one 200ml drinking water bottle on the day of checkout.Definitely not a couple-friendly hotel as they promote. They do not allow even a small group of people (males and females) to visit your room even for even half an hour.All in all the pathetic stay. Never Again 🫡

Decent place to stay. Though the rooms have no window. Old Window AC systems with inadequate cooling. Breakfast time is limited till 9:30 only whereas in other places the timings extend at least till 10:00 AM. Small rooms. Ok ok place

The hotel is good and location is good as well. Just 1 km from CSTM. Staffs are polite and helpful. Old building and renovated. The steps and interiors are beautiful.

Pricey even though it is in a prime location.
Old noisy ac
Mine was standard room&it did not have balcony or windows
Breakfast menu can be better
For this price things could be better. But it is South Bombay

property is really good, but they don't know how to run a hotel in terms of customer service. the drinking water is chargeable after 1 ltr. whereas it's no where across the standard hotels in Mumbai or elsewhere. to accept their claim to be a 3 star or whatever is stupidity!! restaurant is too old fashioned with no trained staff..
overall a bad experience!!
