The assistant came to collect the pending cheque of food at 02:30 am.
Secondly, in room food dining is not recommended because of the poor taste. Else, their lunch buffet is good.
May be i was mistaken but Automatic Shoe Polish machine was not there.

It was wonderful experience during my stay with Grand Hyatt. Hotel staff and front desk were supportive. The food served was so delicious and tasty. I recommend Grand Hyatt with full Marks.

Hotel Grand Hyatt is one of the best hotel to stay in Mumbai. Hotel Staff were humble and supportive. Food served was so delicious. It was my third stay with my friend. I really enjoyed my trip. I recommend Grand Hyatt with with full marks.

We had booked a staycation for our Anniversary. It was lovely stay with impeccable service. The team, Steffy, Nieta, Saisha and Rahul made sure our anniversary becomes more special by arranging a special surprise for us. Breakfast and dinner spread was amazing! Would definitely come back.

Rooms : Suite rooms need major updates as the age of the hotel is showing up.
