Nyc property..Got upgraded room with late checkout...spacious room..breakfast taste was average but buffet spread was very nyc....kids play area was great....overall a great property...

I recently visited this resort, good customer service. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met.Special mention to staff in reception Akshata,Blanche,Sagar& Debaswar. They are very supportive and active in 24 hrs.They made me feel really comfortable. Overall all the premises are very clean. The washrooms are well maintained and clean.👍

A Perfect Goan Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure Goa Candolim, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! this is by far the best property i’ve stayed in to be honest. the location is amazing and i witnessed one of the best sunrise and sunsets through the plunge pool in our room. the staff is super amazing and professional which is the second best thing about the hotel. i highly recommend this to anyone planning to visit goa should once stay here for an added experience
