This hotel is very expensive for a 4-star property. The stay felt overpriced for what was offered. The hotel itself is just okay, but the amenities were disappointing — the kitchen didn’t even have sugar or fresh juice, and the Bar lacked cocktails, mocktails, and had a very limited selection of liquor. Overall, I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in Yercaud.

Enjoyed our stay there for two days, from reception to room service.. from Orange restaurant to Altitude bar, everything was superbly awesome. We are very happy that we have chosen this hotel. Only one complaint, there were very limited toiletries and no hand towels in the bathroom. Food was fantabulous. All dishes are exorbitantly priced and that's a con. We were very impressed by the fast response from house keeping and room service. Overall, very satisfied!

Very decent place for Family trip. So much of games inside the hotel premises itself. Nice food options. WIFI connection and also comfortable space to work in room. Great service by employees. Overall, enjoyed the stay at Grand Palace.

Overall stay was pleasant, food variety and taste was good, staffs were polite. Have sufficient parking space. 1 of best restaurant in Yercaud. Children park, infinity pool side area and adventure activities

Currently, I am glad and content with the overall experience. The ambience is elegant and I feel beautiful and comfortable, especially with the delicious food. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of incorporating modern technology in the rooms as it seems to be lacking in that aspect.

location is too good ,food also ok but rooms are not good ,not worthy. no maintenance . room cost is too high we are paying 2 rooms 2 days but rooms are not worth. bathrooms also not good.
