Only Stay once renovation is completed in next one year ...
Rooms are very old , Owner has no money for renovation hence he is earning parallely , renovation is going floor wise which is very noisy and uncomfortable .
Not Value for money .

The staff is very polite and helpful. However the property needs a major overhaul. Bathrooms need to done up, shower and taps leak, old ACs which make a disturbing sound and do not maintain temperature. Overall an average facility

Its pleasant to stay in grand residency hotel , property is neat n clean , smily staff , very specious room with ktichen , its service apratment , bed was large n comfortable , clean bathroom , nice breakfast & lunch ,overall well satisfied 5star for propety and service

Nice location and cleanly maintained property. Very polite and friendly staff. Food is tasty and on time room service.
They should allow early check in if rooms are available. I waited for one and half hour at lobby though the rooms are available. Anyways, Great service overall.
