i had a wonderful stay at great trails by grt hotels in kodaikanal! the property is beautifully maintained and perfect for a relaxing vacation. the ambiance, service, and hospitality were top-notch throughout. the food was consistently excellent, with a great variety of options — but a special shoutout goes to the mango mastani dessert. it was absolutely incredible — rich, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. it's one of the best desserts i’ve had in a while! thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. i’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

This was my second visit to this property, a warm welcome, courteous staff, wonderful property, the stay was very pleasant and the worth of paying every penny. It is kid friendly, and family friendly, cozy rooms, and an awesome place for bird watching. I was lucky enough to encounter various species of birds. This place is also pet friendly.

This is the best stay I’ve had in all my years of travelling!!! This resort is highly recommended and I would definitely ask everyone who visits kodaikanal to stay here… the food and the waterfall view is just amazing…. The staff is very polite and will help you with everything...

Excellent staff and service but view from the rooms is not at all great. I stayed in the Valley view room but there is no valley view as such. Bathrooms are too tiny. Overall the stay is not worth the price they quote.
